Terrace Christian Reformed Church only collects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of BC. Members, attendees and volunteers of the Terrace Christian Reformed Church may choose by express or implicit consent to provide their name, email, address, phone number, date of birth, photo, financial information, criminal record or other personal information. Any personal information collected will only be used only for the purpose intended at the original point of collection.

Contact information (name, email, phone number, address etc.) is used to communicate about our church’s ministries, events and worship services; and to allow attendees and members to communicate easily with each other. Contact information may be shared with the following third-party software providers: The Bridge App, Microsoft Sharepoint and Mailchimp. Contact information shared in our church directory is intended for personal use and must never be used for commercial purposes or marketing of any kind.

Criminal record checks are collected and stored by the safe church coordinator and used in compliance with our Safe Church Policy.

Financial information is collected and stored by the deacons and bookkeeper. It is used to process donations and create tax receipts.  

All data collected will be stored securely, edited upon request and deleted when it is no longer serving its original purpose. To request a copy of your personal information on file, please contact community@terracecrc.org.
